Since Feb 2015, I had been facing a lot of speed and connectivity issue and put up many complaints on their toll free help line number. Finally I went for its disconnection on 1st August 2015. I requested their customer care for disconnection on 1st Aug 2015 and asked therm to send their representative to collect the modem as I had removed it and kep it aside. I aso sent them an email on 5th Aug 2015 that I had requested for disconnection and had stopped using Tikona Broadband from 1st Aug 2015. I called them up again requesting them to send their person to collect the modem and email me the full and final statement. Finally on 3rd sept 2015 a person from Tkona, Mr. Ganpat came to collect the Modem.
On Oct 17th 2015, I receive a Demand Notice from their Legalcolls@tikona.in asking me to pay up Rs. 724/- as the outstanding dues. And today, on 19th Oct 2015, I receive a threatening call from some Advocate of Delhi stating that a case has been filed against me by Tikona and that I better settle the unpaid dues by 4pm tday or else I would have to attend their court cases in Delhi and Pay up the entire legal bills.
My last unpaid bill is of July 2015 of Rs.528/- I got the modem disconnected on 1st Aug 2015 and did not use their Broadband. All I asked was for a full and final statement including my usage for August 2015, if they are charging me for it. I wrote to their Customercare@tikona.in on 17th Oct 2015 and many a times before that too. But so far I have not received any response for my request for a F& F statement. Nor do their customer care Rep's at toll free give a call back.
Now am getting calls from their advocates. To the best of my knowledge, it is they who owe me some refund of the deposit/ amount that they had taken before installing their modem and connection at my place.
Please look into it and then send me the F& F statement. If anything due on my side I will ofcourse pay it. Kindly do not use Recovery Agents in the form of Advocates of Delhi to harass people.
