Hey guys.. anyone heard of iGate ...?? i heard they are giving in bombay .. and their scheme is something like Rs. 700 @ 160 kbps... and it goes uncapped in the nite.!any1 here using iGate..? pls lemme knw with contact number of the iGate ppl..thanks..!
 
i am on iGate. as i remember correctly right now they are only available in South Mumbai. They have a 256 kbps (upto 40kbps D/L) connection for 850 a month, unlimited download. Their service is good enough. Customer service is a bit negative but those guys do personally come to your house and solve the problem. When it is working, it works great and when it goes down then it becomes hell.There is Also a DC++ Hub and provisions are being made to start a CS 1.6 Server. Also so far i have noticed that non of the ports are blocked. Users can play LAN games with out any lag.Definitely worth taking a look if you have it available in your area.

Thats not a forum by iGate its a Client to CLient forum, but I can't believe how supporting this ISP is, they allow one FTP hub and axx to it by all iGate users, plus they allow LAN transfer through apps like DC++ this is truly amazing.

Well they are available upto dadar in the north and to neapense road. dont know about Nariman point. the reason our service is good is because all the clients worktogether to make them dance to our tune. The main reason why i like them is because they let us exploit thier lan.

I just wish Sify users would initiate into something similar, it seems like a dream having Sify dancing to our tunes :rofl:
