5. If customer wishes to discontinue the service after free period of 30 days, he / she need to intimate to MTNL in writing though nearest Customer Service Center. In case no written communication is received MTNL will assume that customer is willing to continue with the services, and will be charged as per “ Xpress Unlimited 600 Non Combo” as mentioned above.

They are running business and not charity.

You get free modem / free installation and one month FREE.

Then its your choice to continue or not.

You can also switch to any other plan.

Of course they are running a biz (and how!!!) & not charity, this maybe useful for a first time user (if such a thing exists in this day & age) or perhaps someone migrating from some other ISP but for us who have been customers of MTNL Triband from the time it started, it’s a (to put it mildly) unimaginative & pathetic attempt like all their other ‘offers’ of late. It reminds me of the ambassador car where a change in shape/style of bumper or tail lights was called a NEW model. Now that mantel has fallen on a two wheeler who does the same with its 25 year old models by changing stickers on the petrol tank. Too each his own. Maybe I expected much more than this from them 🤢🤢😛
