Mobile Phones and Operators

I have a Benq M300 Mobile phone with a hutch Karnataka connection.I am not able to get hutchworld on my phone. But i am able to get other site like yahoo etc etc etc.Does any one have the same model with a similar problem

Is the phone a stock model, or did it come with some other mobile operator's package?
