TriplePlay Broadband Review for Gurgaon DLF phase 3

Guys, upgraded my plan to 20mbps (actual torrent speeds 2.5mb/s) till 125gb and afterwards 2mbps unlimited , paying ~1750 for it monthly , litte bit higher pricing but solid speeds and stability.

well it sure is, compared to pricing of excitel. waiting for it to come to gurgaon.
 
Doesn't take time to turn the tables. speeds are good but downtime. hell.... from last 4 days it didn't work for 4 hours. called support 10 times, says tech coming in 30 mins, but no one shows up. i don't know what to do now.
 

Strange thing is happening here now. From last 1 months, I am paying 685 for 2mbps unlimited to them, but their portal billing say it's 2mbps but plan in home page says 50mbps. I have a friend in the same locality with 10mbps who paying 900 something and his portal home page also says 50mbps. Speeds are flying, it's awesome but I don't want to report it to them. Is it some kind of thing that they did mistakenly? will i get 50mbps if i pay same amt next month too?
 
I guess since only you use TriplePlay on this forum, only you can tell.
 
So I got this pamphlet a few days back.
I'm tempted, but don't know about their reliability....
