I am not getting proper speeds on BSNL Broadband

hello all,

i am using 8 mbps plan upto 180 gb which costs me almost 3000 per month.

but i am getting maximum speed of 1Mbps.

here is my modem status
ADSL Firmware Version: FwVer:3.20.19.0_TC3087 HwVer:T14.F7_11.2

Modulation: ADSL2 PLUS

is there any problem with my modem: i am using beetel 450TC2 adsl 2+ modem
 
Data Rate: 1024 509 kbps is your problem.
 
you would need to get in touch with exchange people and tell them to fix your line speed. it is currently set at 1mbps which is what you are getting. it has to be set to at least 8mbps... more would be better as there is quality loss during transmission.

Same problem I have 4mbps plan upto 8gb but I'm also getting upto 1mbps ...the data rate is also same download 1024 and upload 512

I do many complain and PG complain also but they said this is not our problem.
They said this is a shared speed so you will be get upto 4mbps but I'm not get more than 800kbps
 

When it comes to BSNL, personal visits to exchange matters a lot.
 
I do 3 complain and end last they said change your operator because we have no one solution of your problem.
Today is 1st September so today also I'm getting same speed upto 800kbps but my plan is 4mbps
 
not sure. there was a 2mbps unlimited plan for 1445 i think... look for something that fits your budget and offers you the speed that bsnl is pushing on you.
