I do 3 complain and end last they said change your operator because we have no one solution of your problem.
Today is 1st September so today also I'm getting same speed upto 800kbps but my plan is 4mbps
BSNL Internet team need to change access rate limits,they will assign your username to different internal VLAN,can be done in few minutes if you get right person.
@chromaniac the 800Kbps is 80% of advertised speed, that 800KBPS @Kartiksaini is telling is mostly the download speed.
on 2mbps downstream rate (1990kbps) i am getting 200kbps. as download speed
