broadband options for Chennai(ECR area)

Hello the kind netizens of BBF,

I am the newest fresher to this group. While geographically I moved bang in the middle of the speedy OMR and ECR(Injambakkam to be precise), I am nowhere on the information superhighway.

Does anyone from this area know if there are any decent wired internet options here? Or should I go for wireless highspeed internet?

What are my options in both cases? Please advice, I feel so lost after moving in and I'm currently spending a fortune on my airtel data card.

Only option now would be to check BSNL, they are like omni present.. Try OoDoO and OMR Connect broadband services. I heard they are okay, not the best.

hey jason, I am a medium to light user. Who gave you the feedback about Oodoo and OMRConnect? I dont see any useful review of both of them on this forum.

I just signed up for Tikona Demo but will probably cancel because of the terrible reviews on this forum.

The reviews i heard from few of my FB friends. So i can't guarantee the best service. I too looking for a good service provider and BSNL is the only option available for me now 🙁
