one day i found guys laying down cables in front of my house. i checked the website and the dot was there on sector 31. brochures only arrived around 10 days later. so they might be laying down cables right now!

i have stopped calling your toll free number. my previous experiences were generally awful. on every call i have to go through the same route... restart router, take out ethernet cable put it back, login to backend and check password and so on. i understand that this could solve the problem in some cases. but they would just not accept that the connection just stopped working because of some issue in the backend. so i just file a complaint on the app (which itself is a mess as you would probably already know) and wait. if it is down for more than 15 minutes, i call the local lco who by some miracle is a super polite guy.

I understand that the process followed on our Call Center is not very much applicable to a customer that have more knowledge.... but just think about how often this happens... Yes we need to work more on the way we distinguish someone who knows what he is calling about and can do basic troubleshooting by himself vs. someone who doesn't know how things work (95% of cases).

I believe the right way for a knowledgable customer to raise complaint, bypassing the regular process, is to use our App.... and we are working to make this experience better.
 
So two engineers came to my house. They said feasibility is there but installation will happen in 2-3 days (no idea why because on the phone earlier they said, it would happen instantly). Lets see if it happens tomorrow.
 
The renewal banner isn’t going away from my Excitel App. I have deleted the app, reinstalled and it’s still persistent on the home screen. The plan is valid for the next six months.

The banner is still persistent and the app cannot display my data usage at all, just mentions “no session data available for this month”, no matter which month I select. 🫠
