Hathway is blocking torrents in Delhi

Recently, Hathway has started blocking torrents in Delhi area.

Any tracker interacting with UDP protocol is blocked.

I tried contacting customer service but there was no response. Pathetic.
 
do you guys have peering in hathway? hathway is launching in jaipur soon so i was wondering if that could be a liable option.
