its been more than 2 weeks now that i am facing no connectivity problem and i am complaining to the customer care every day.The customer care executive does only one thing and that is "sorry for the inconvinience".
I was a big fool that i opted for you tele broad band instead of airtel, have spoken to each and every person concerned and has been of no use.
Just want to sugest that its better to not have an internet connection than getting one from you telebroad band .
 
Do they provide connection through cable or dish like Tikona? Also tell us your installation cost and rental and which plan were you using?
 
which city are you based in ?? If in Mumbai I suggest you call their office .. Things generally do work with them that way .. Try getting the engineers number who comes to your area that also helps ..
