Airtel Broadband now offering special bandwidth topups to some customers

Airtel FTTH - 40mbps 100GB/Rs1599
I just had a bill cycle reset yesterday night, now when I open the Smartbytes page it shows the balance as greater than the plan limit. My plan is the new 1400 Rs plan in Chennai with a FUP of 100GB.

I am also got 50 gb toptup data automatic.
I call them and they say its free benefits for some customers
 
Omg just called cc they say sir u will get free topup of 50 gb per month.
 
8mbps 2299 and 80gb.
They say sir everymonth u get free 50gb. Now i got 130gb.
 
no they still reset it every month. you guys are getting this topup thing. what do i need to do to quality for this? 🙁
or maybe they are giving this only at places where they have competition from other ISPs offering better plans.
 
Although my friend is getting additional 50 gb . I am just getting extra 20 gb at my workplace as posted by me in the airtel smartbytes section. So yes maybe it does depend on the place and the plan you currently have.
 
Bc they called 2 days ago and ask me 200 rs mai 200 gb tak ho jaygi limit. I agree and now my plan changed to 2499 8 mbps 200gb
 
Got the email for plan changed from 26 today. But not updated in smartbyts section
 
Bill plan for your airtel account no. 155.... and fixedline ID 01244..... has been changed to Airtel-UL-Rapid Advantage 2499 200GB (8MBPS/512KBPS) Combo Plan with effect from 26-Jul-2015.

Bill plan details are listed below:

High Speed Data Limit / FUP Limit: 200 GB.

Post FUP: Data speed will be revised as per your bill plan.
