I've been using it for the last 3 months in Kilpauk. The speed fluctuates between 40 - 70 Mbps - at max I get around 75 Mbps. One major problem is frequent internet disconnections (there is no line/signal drop though) and it happens atleast 5-7 times a day, which makes it really unreliable when you are working from home and are on skype calls frequently. So I am forced to have Airtel BB as a backup.
Their customer service is pretty good - in fact the best I've seen so far and they usually respond to complaints within minutes.

What's the cause of these disconnections? How long before you get reconnected?

Not really sure and they couldn't figure it out as well. It usually gets reconnected within the hour.

Hi everyone I'm using cherinet for a week I would say its awesome I'm getting around 70-90 Mbps through Ethernet ,very rare disconnections during first three days ,now it's fine no more disconnections ,I would recommend using TP-Link tl wr841n to get the full speed through WiFi

here is my speed test with cherrinet Speedtest.net by Ookla - My Results ...i'm satisfied with cherrinet ,no signal drops and im getting constant 90-95 mbps

I i did not even got the connection , i am trying to get it insatlled for the past 3 days and they were not able to provide connection because their servers are down for past 2 days and they said they will connect tomorrow. i have already asked for refund. Their support team does not even understand your pain all the tell to you is their technical team will call back and till date after payment before 15 days not even a single call was made to me from their side even after asking for refund.

I just called them to enquire about the area feasibility, they said they will call back soon!

Until you pay they will continuously.. but once you pay all the calls has to be done from your side..

I am from Thiruvanmiyur staying behind RTO . But surprise!! Surprise!! i just got a call from some person (After writing a very big mail to them )and he promised me to solve the issues by tomorrow morning 8.30. lets see if it happens.. i will post here if anything happens..

cherrinet upgraded their plans before it was 100mbps with 75gb now it's 100mbps with 125gb ....no disconnection problems at all ,using more than a month now ...im staying in kilpauk
