How to get prepaid credit/debit card against cash payment?

I need a prepaid credit/debit card (Master or Visa card) to pay on sites where I don't want to give out my card details like paying for VPN.

In many countries one can buy prepaid cards off the shelf against cash payment without any ID proof. These cards come with small amounts preloaded on them. For bigger amounts one has to give ID.

Is there any way to get a card to pay for iPredator or PrivateInternetAccess type services without giving my ID and against cash payment?
 
one way that i could think of is to find a seller of btc on olx type services and transact using cash. i remember reading about this being a popular phenomenon even here in india.
 
I checked bitcoin but different sellers quote different prices and I don't have any experience of using bitcoin.

Having a prepaid Visa or Mastercard will help a lot.
 
Use entropay.com Have been using it for nearly a year. You can top it up using your debit card but it charges a txn fee for the top up.

Here is an anonymous card being discussed on a forum. This is like what I want.

I would like to buy the card and pay for it via cash so that it is no trackable to me. Funding a card like entropay from my credit or debit card defeats the purpose.

I believe many sooner or later all VPN services will be penetrated by vested interests and usage data along with customer details will be out in open. So using anything that can be connected to us will be harakiri.
 
Well. VPN services do have access to your IP which can be used to connect to you. So you lose your anonymity there. You have to trust the VPN service provider if you want to take this route to stay connected to the internet anonymously.
 
Suppose a VPN service provider gets hacked and its logs are made public by hacker. Logs will show that IP address 122.102.103.104 was downloading xyz file between 9:00 am to 9:45 am.

If I am using prepaid card bought against cash, VPN provide will not have my real name, address, card details etc and this info can't be released by hackers. To connect the VPN providers logs with my ID, hackers will have to hack my ISP as well to find out who was behind IP address 122.102.103.104 at that particular time because most ADSL connections in India are with dynamic IP only.

I think it is just a matter of time movie studios, that can't prosecute people living in India and other such countries, will go after downloaders by naming and shaming them on internet.
 
this is why you use services which do not keep user logs. or at least you accept their claims that they keep no records. i use ipredator because they are/were associated with the same guys who run/ran tpb.

and yes, i totally understand that it is not completely anonymous. but it's still better than the kind of privacy offered by our own isps.

If this was India, RBI would be maaaad. Plus the postman delivering the letters to this address would find out that the envelops has cash in it so that's another issue 😀
 
Yes, for now iPredator is the best bet out there but payment is via credit/debit card only. I'll keep looking for a prepaid card in the mean while.
