This page seems to have a 499 plan. I guess the old 399 is now mandatorily bundled with some OTT apps as 499 and 599 respectively. Also the other page is categorised as high speed plans, even though that too has a 30 mbps plan as well.

I took a JioFiber postpaid plan in April 2022 which included free STB. So I have to add either 100 or 200 Rs OTT pack. Since I did not get the channels I require, I surrendered the connection and applied for another JioFiber postpaid line with only broadband in June 2022. Activation was instant, old gateway & STB devices were picked up and my bank account was noted through their digital apps for refund process.

To be honest their postpaid itemised bill sucks if you apply for the reimbursement at your office.
I have had so many incidents where my boss was not able to understand the bill. 😛
