I have placed the order today as I was hearing VR looks great on QHD screens. Upon searching on eBay for a good quality (non cardboard ones) I stumbled upon this brand. They are located at Andheri, Mumbai.

Now you can experience the launch of OnePlus Two in virtual reality!

So I got the delivery a while ago. Amazed with the concept of VR. Tried a 2-3 apps and it was really a good experience. Colleagues at office were amazed after experiencing it. Now they want it too. Don't expect the quality to be stellar but it is pretty much more durable than the cardboard ones. Higher quality ones retails upwards of 3k. I'm pretty satisfied with it. Here are some pics.

Also post some apps you used for VR. I'm getting my 1+ cardboard next week.

These are the apps I've installed right now.

Please share your experience with say games in VR.. Can you interact or take part in the game by head or body movement? Or its just a visual treat and no participation one?

Haven't tried 3D games yet. But yes we can control certain aspects, in my case there's a clicker switch available on the right of the headset. In the app 'Cmoar Cinema VR' there's a pointer available which can be controlled using head movement. I was even able to search on Youtube by typing using head movement.

WWWOOOOWWWW... Typing using head movement... I am very excited and eagerly waiting for Cardboard box from OPO..

For those people who missed the VR headset in first Amazon sales, its now open again..

Hehe. Basically you'll see a keypad on the display and using your head movement you can take the pointer to the letters and hold on there to select the letter. Would take some practice but once you get a hold on to it, it's easy.

But why Slickwraps? I've they aren't reusable and the after sales is bad. Very.

Also I've heard Dbrand is better. I'm in the market, consider this my research.

So, why Slickwraps?

I had removed it before giving my N6 for service and reapplied it, without any issues. Got two skins for $15 including shipping.

I initially had Skinomi which I had bought for 800 bucks (if I recollect correctly) and it was completely ruined when I removed it.
