Unable to configure Android phones on my Linksys Wifi Router

Hi, I have a BSNL Link which was activated after a struggle of 10 days with lazy team of local exchange. But since link made up today it is fluctuating and unstable. Connection terminates after 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile my android phones connect to Linksys 2500 Wifi Router but does not connect to Internet.

Have logged a complaint but can some one help me with a solution
