router packed up Sunday 26th June in the afternoon, after working faultlessly for two months. So I complained to 1504 and took a complaint number: 19808 at 3:15 PM. I was given the usual suggestions and talk ... all pointless. I recorded that the modem had failed while I was on-line and that only the power light was on while all the other lights had gone off. I also recorded that I had done the usual shut down and reboot and checked all the connections by removing and re-inserting them. I was told to wait for 'someone' [snapback]14144[/snapback]
