Siti Broadband in Kolkata

My friend wants to ditch BSNL and try out Siti Broadband who are offering some amazing plans in Kolkata. My LCO has Wishnet and I had a bad time with Wishnet, so I'm not quite confident about cable broadbands.

If anyone here has used Siti (especially in Kolkata) can you please provide details on promised vs delivered speeds, downtime, CC,etc. Would be of immense help for my friend.

Am using it for 2 years now and i have the 2mbps + 50mbps peering plan. i get double speed at night (1am - 8am) even though there is no mention of that on the plan. popular movies n tv shows get peering speed so a typical yify movie 720p takes a few min. in these 2 years there has probably been 20 - 25 downtime with max about an hour and mostly 2-3 min downtime

edit: i stay at Lake Gardens and most ppl who also use siticable love it like me .... but of other areas i cant say

I am using 764 kbps(non peering) pack. Download speed is very good. But when i download from torrent it's not downloading. It's says connecting to peers.
How can i solve this ?

Can you please tell me how you got 50mbps Peering Speed on 2mbps Plan ?
