neh. do not worry. just have the customer support phone number handy coz the local guys are practically scared of the customer support people. one complaint to them causes financial loss to the local guys.

I am not worried, i am just angry with these people who think they can do this just like that
And..this guy was some Airtel Representative, not just a little boy who runs around for 50 bucks a day ( i think )
I find it somewere a bit sad that he eventually said i did not have to pay cuz.. i am such a nasty basterd when it comes to these situations ,
It reminds me of my ABN Amro Gold Card....
I applied for it and they said: 3 days sir.... on the 5th day i received it, 2 days later than they promised.... and with the help of 5 minutes nonsense about these 2 days delay i managed to get it for free (rs 2000 is membership fee )
Anyway,,,,,, i go to airtel office, some big one and demand a manager and with my white skin i can manage alot of shit , even more bcuz i am already a reliable customer with my fone and good for at least rs5000 phoencharges a month
But... he was wise and i litterally todl him after telling me the Oracle thing: "You just saved your ass cuz i was about to ask your name and report you"
Anyway, he came to office, picked up proof that i work for this company and left
Saturday morning they come and install it ( they say, but 4 years India-experience tells me that it also can be next saturday
