long term review for Den broadband

Can anyone provide a long term review for den broadband in Delhi.
Specifically about actual speeds compared to mentioned in plan, customer care experience, network down times, time taken by technical team to resolve issues etc.

Well you need to read comments in other post in den. In a nutshell I am satisfied with consistent speeds as per plan. On den since Nov 2014 in delhi

Long Term review in one word. Unreliable.
You can't depend on it, it will go down and go down often and at odd times
The connection is unstable
Speedtest would show you full speed but frequent ping breaks would ensure you can't even stream 720p from a non youtube site properly
The only criteria they use hiring people for their Network Support (NOC) team is lowest salary because knowledge wise they know Jacksh*t. One guy actually told the engineer at my home (they won't speak to you directly) that 20 mbps is not enough to stream 1080p.
They're the cheapest and by a good margin.
