Valuation of second hand Yamaha FZ16? And what to replace it with?

How/Where do I get a proper valuation of a Yamaha FZ16 for sale?

It is a 2009 model (I think) and has been ridden for less than 5000KM 😛 Though I have changed both tires (first pair got cracked and brittle), speedometer (stopped working in rains) and carburetor (Yamaha service center told me that the old one was having massive issues). It was purchased for around Rs. 75000 I think.
 
Why are you selling it though?
 
either it is in my head or maybe i have forgotten how to ride. i think the bike handling is totally messed up. there are two people interested in buying. if either of them are comfortable with the bike, i plan to sell it off.

i have shown it at multiple service centers. everyone says that there is nothing wrong with the bike. so well. it is probably in my head.

i do plan to buy something new... i would love to buy a vespa but i doubt it would work for my 6 feet 105KG frame. 😕
 
Activa is great I heard. I have not ridden it in a long time or any scooter for that matter. There is this Jupiter too whose fuel inlet is at the back making it much more convenient than other scooters. Not sure how I would look like on a scooter 😀

Vespa is very powerful..but it'll look puny when you sit on it. 6ft 90kg masterrace reporting 😛
 

Website states price is Rs. 82649 😛 Vespa I am guessing would cost upwards of Rs. 75000 as well?
 
Friend bought a vespa at 83k onroad recently. Was quite surprised since you'd get many excellent bikes in that price point.
 
Right. Scooters have traditionally been more expensive than bikes. Probably because they have 150cc engines (bikes used to have 100cc back in 1990s) plus you get more metal body parts and an extra tire and so on.

I might end up buying another Splendor 😛

@ontopic: Should expect 25~30k for Fz16. Anything more is a bonus.

@Offtopic: Friend bought top variant I think. But Vespa is powerful but is too tiny for me.
 
Right. Had an offer of Rs. 25000 from the mechanic where I take the bike for minor issues. So expecting around Rs. 30K from the two interested parties 😛 Damn. Would need to invest 50K for a decent replacement. Maybe I would just stick to Uber.
