I don't know whether this is purely my bad luck or the lack of QC from Motorola ( I suspect the latter), but my Nexus 6 has been at their Dadar, Mumbai service centre twice already. First it was because the phone was getting switched off on it's own when using it. I was also pinging Motorola (@motorolaindia and @motorolasupport) expecting a speedy resolution, which turned out be useless as it took them around 20 days to give me a replacement even after proper followups. After using the replacement for a day or two I found that the display backlight was uneven i.e. the top part of the screen was brighter than the bottom part and this was clearly visible if we are viewing something with white background (thank you google for launching material design on a Nexus with an AMOLED display). The guy there gave me another replacement as the incident was not closed, which seemed to be fine.
Few days ago I noticed that while clicking pictures from the camera, there was a darker round patch near the bottom left side of the screen. I submitted the device again at their service centre (12th of this month) and they said it would take atleast 10 days to fix this. I tweeted about this issue again to Motorola there was no proper response this time, had also sent them emails but all I got was another canned response. So I called the service centre yesterday to check the status and now they say it would take some days more and you would get the phone back on or after 28th. And today this is what I got as a reply to my tweet.

Here's my full conversation.
And this is what they mailed me as a 'response'.
TLDR: Motorola after sales service is really pathetic and their online support and support via social networking is even worse. Thanks to them I'm rocking a Yu Yuphoria, which has actually turned out to be good!
