They'll find a solution in 3 months ..or thats what they say. But pgportal has come through every time I complained be it for tata docomo or airtel.
 
Wonders do happen,.it started working last night at 11.34 pm.
One guy said ug cable cut. One guy said router at dslam tripped. Wonder who is lying🙄
 

Just keep writing to higher officials of Tata Tele and Tata Sons. Maybe you can send letter through registered post.

I was able to demote one employee of local Tata Motors dealer. Had received personal reply from then MD Late Mr. Karl Slym. Trust me, writing to higher officials of Tata does wonders. You may have to wait for few weeks.

I have already experience about TATA teleservices ltd and satya yadav. Customer send complaint to tata and satya but satyaji not reply to customer only entertained to customer now our case goes down 11 month but he was yet not reply. Unresponsibly neglect every cases. If you want his contact no reply me
