How did you order Triband?

MTNL Triband + TATA night u/l
Hey all...Ive registered online and its been 15days and no calls no email nothing from MTNL..Im thinking of going down at their exchange and asking them..Im sure Triband is available in my area coz few days ago phone was down and when i asked I found out some cabling work was going on in the box for Internet..I got a couple of questions:1. How did you order your Triband?2. How much time did it take for them to contact you?3. How much time the service was up and running ?Thanks..
 
Know what, i registered( by filling the form ) a month back still got no connection...The scheme is not available here but why they take so much time??These MTNL walas are really lazy peoples.. 🙂
 
normally all government officials are lazy ones. my dad is one... i have seen his office 😉

well i know coz i have changed schools coz my dad had this habit of raiding people related to the chief minister of my state...
 
that's the best u can do, what gaurav said...but if u don't have time, then...1. Check out if it is available in ur area. U can check that either online or by calling the local exchange.2. If it is available, then take the number of SDO and talk to him...the lower ppl don't move their asses till they're made to, and he's the person who'll make it possible.3. Keep doing constant followup. It took me 3 days and around 20 calls to get my connection.4. Last but not the least, talk with everyone very politely...yes sir, yes ma'am...understand??? this is not sify remember!!! and they're afterall sarkari babus...u may lose ur control, but don't show it to them...they may pick up the phone and keep yapping with their colleagues (mostly females) but u should just be polite...that's the mantra to talk with sarkari ppl... 😉 so all the best mate!!! 😀 let us know when u get ur connection 🙄
