‘Global’ Internet slowdown barely affected India: Sibal

Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal has said that India was largely unaffected by the Internet slowdown caused by what is being called the ‘largest ever’ cyber attack along with an unfortunately timed under-sea cable cut. “Only BSNL services were affected in south India; websites slowed down by 3 to 4 percent”

I am in Punjab and Mr.Sibal is talking out of his ass as usual.

haha yes and most surprising thng is BSNL peopel don't know about this .When i called them and asked them about the status they said they know nothing about it. Its really shame especially Minister of State for Communications and Information Technolog Killi kruparani is from AP. That is the plight of our PSUs. Is it One among the so called ' Navaratnass '??

Mr zoe20, You cannot call up exchange and ask people about it. Ask who is responcible for that like people in NOC and they dont have to respond to you. They only reply to a valid person.
