x720 hi, so my SNR margins changes with different ips.Some are as high as 30, but some are low as -8.So what is going on with my bsnl connection.Any info will be appreciated

i am not able to find out my MTNL wi-fi router password, though i read on forums here and also tried admin and admin for username and password but its not working . May be i changed it .
Do i need to do a hard reset ? if yes then i am guessing it will reset all the settings and i dont know much about that . Can you help >? thanx
