Zoiper Connection not working

Hi All,

I recently moved to ACT fibernet connection for my home from BSNL. I'm using Zoiper software which is configured in my phone to make VOIP calls to US. The mobile connection is Airtel. When i'm using 2G network in Airtel i'm able to connect to office server and the application gets registered in that Airtel 2G, but when I try the same with ACT broadband the application fails to register. Our system admin says the SIP port 5060 has to be unblocked by ACT, where as ACT guys say everything from their end is working properly. But the problem has not been solved. Please advise.

Which city are you in? Bangalore users have faced issues in connecting to their office networks.
Have you tried port forwarding on your router?
