Need a wireless usb wifi adapter for desktop and needed urgent but I don't know the technology difference

Which one to buy? Netgear is having mixed reviews. ....TP-Link has good reviews. But which model and what are the advantages of one over another. Don't know.

The price I can pay max 700 rs
 
Same company so many models it's insanity for people like me 😀
