Parental Time Lock

I need to control the TV timings of my child along with the channels watched. So is there any set top box -Cable or DTH that offers parental Time lock on certain channels while other channels remain unlocked. Eg- Channels X & Y are blocked after 30 minutes, while channel A & B continue. Currently we have Galaxzee STB from Siticable Mumbai providing the services, but do not mind shifting to a DTH if they offer parental time lock on channels of our choosing. Children's TV viewing habits make me go:madness:
