Not letting me downgrade I believe but not letting me upgrade? Every time, all they say is "According to company policy, ....." What company policy?

They don't say anything else, at least tell me any other plans instead of the 2MBPS if possible. They just hang up :speechless: I feel like talking to robots really. They don't even reply to emails. 2-minute gap between responses using the ironically named "Instant Live Chat" 😀

Feels as if my account has been blacklisted or something :wondering:
 
Did everything and waited till now. It's 100% sabotage now; someone has it out for me 😕

Customer care isn't picking up, instant live chat isn't connecting me and even if they do, they immediately disconnect. No response from the form, email IDs.
