MTNL Mumbai Need to reset my router every time...

Hi guys. I am on a MTNL Non-Combo 550 plan. The plan details are as follows:
Morning 7 am to Eve 7 pm - 1 Mbps
Eve 7 pm - Morn 7 pm - 1.5 Mbps

Every time to get the 1.5 Mbps speed I have to reset the router by pressing the physical button on it. Is there any way to get the desired speed without always resetting the router? This has become tiring for me. I own a D-Link DSL 2750U H/W Version: V1. Any help would be appreciated.
 
U can remove the phone line from the router..... wait 5secs then plug it back......

OR

Try to disconnect Internet from the router Setup/Status page.... It will auto reconnect or reconnect manually.... should be the fastest way.... without losing ADSL light.... This should get u back online within 10secs....
