Meghbela Broadband providing peering speed at Salt Lake, Kolkata?

Can anyone tell whether Meghbela Broadband at Salt Lake, Karunamoyee provides peering. What abt the quality of service? I am thinking of taking 512kbps unlimited plan for Rs. 550
 
1 thing i wanna say meghbela sucks.... in the first few months u may get a good speed but after that ha ha ha....... i m suffering
