Why keep disk quota limit on support ID?

Yes but there should be check or regular backup and cleanup of old e-mails to keep sufficient space!

They are using Lotus. LOTUS.

In any case, it seems unusual if they are actually using a mail client. They should be using a CRM software that fetches mails from their support ID and feeds it into a database for record keeping and status management. In any case, Airtel now just calls you back instead of asking you to mail them with your complaint to process things faster.

They fixed the My Airtel login issue within a few hours. Reliance took weeks to fix a similar issue.

To me it appears that they have abandoned airtel presence email id.

Earlier whenever I send email to airtel presence (with cc to 121@airtel) email id I would get a reply from both ids.

But from past 2-3 times I have never received reply from airtel presence.

Possibly that is the reason their mailbox is getting full.

probably. it's stupid to have an online customer support that is limited to facebook and twitter alone.
