How to change plan

I registered with a Home 750 ULD plan, in 2009
now bsnl charges 845 for the same without my permission or informing me, also they started charging modem rental which is not in contract

I am disabled so cannot go to exchange, the online portal does not have any option to change plan.

how do i do this now ?
i want to downgrade to 675 uld
 
Yep. Fill that form. Call the agent assigned to come home and collect letter of plan change from you.
 
Lol The agent asked me to write a letter to the SDE for a plan change and hand in the letter personally
 
I'll give that a try thks and off topic my line has gone dead now,have to use Reliance gsm :russianroulette:
