HDFC Netsafe is super crappy nowadays ever since the VBV time... their Netsafe VCC cards do not work in any international websites... even top payment gateways such as Stripe are not accepting Netsafe VCC .. it used to work fine before the VBV changes... I am planning to Kotak bank account just for this reason.. Kotak VCC are working fine in international websites for now it seems and are perhaps the only Indian Bank VCC that is working
