I am a Hathway customer.
The page where they ask us to check our usage details is a load of baloney.
Why?
It shows you the usage for the current month. (ie. from the 1st up to yesterday) and not according to your billing cycle. Working with this is frustrating as it barely lets you pace your internet usage.
Thanks to their inefficiency, I came up with a tool of my own. A tool that is lightweight and is completely free.
All you need to do is enter your Hathway username, your high speed usage quota, your cycle start date and an E-Mail ID to receive alerts when you cross 80% of your high speed usage. The application will take care of the rest.
