i have a BSNL connection.i have problems for the past 20 days .the link goes off often and sometimes for hours continuously .the phone also don't have a dial tone now ,there was noise in the phone before .i have complaint so many times since then.now my last complaint is in processing for last 5-6 days .
is there any good option at patna beside BSNL to shift on.bsnl is costly speed vs price .i see many other ISPs with good plans but they are not available here. please guide.
