Can`t feel Thunder effect on Reliance broadband

I am using reliance from last 6 months 1st month I have 1 mbps connection I used to get download speed 90kbps Max . From last 5 months I am using Thunder Combo 749 2mbps . Still I am getting speed 120 kbps Max. What is the Problem with this Guys ? I called and placed complaint at least 20 times they close complaint with out intimation if I ask they say only one thing Clear cookie . Reset Browser ... all Shit || I use my laptop at my friend home there I getting 8Mbps tikona broadband . Another Silly reason they say use default Router u will get full speed .

Any one having same problem with reliance ???

I get 3.4 mbps on my 4mbps line. You should look for a new internet service provider.

Stay away from Reliance their service is absolutely useless....I had the 4 Mbps plan and it never worked properly........8-((
