Best wifi Modem for BSNL broadband

hi guys,
I have been using BSNL broadband since very long and now my wifi modem is not working properly, so I am now planning to purchase wifi modem. Please help me find a good wifi modem, I am planning to get a DSL plus 3G wifi modem (with SIM slot if possible) with power bank as well, I have seen a micromax 440W and lava W520 but there is no SIM slot in both the models.

I want a modem with very good wifi range. Please help me guys.
