the airtel.in link i gave in my previous post should take you to a page with below view. make sure you select your DSL ID in the top left drop down.

Still getting this error - "Your request could not be completed. Please try after some time!"

It's showing in the app, but the smart bytes web page isn't opening.

That's usual with Airtel. App is much better these days.

Smartbytes never works for me due to static reasons 😛 😉

Lucky you. It started to work for me from last month while I was still on Static IP. Had a good run though.
